Terms and Conditions

A 20% deposit is to me made to guarantee the booking
Final balance to be paid 21 days before the booking
Complete cancellation must be made in writing at least 21 days before the booking and will result in the loss of the 20% deposit. Failure to do so leaves the customer fully liable for the entire value of the booking
Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am, early check in’s and late check outs can be arranged at the owners discretion
Before departure please ensure the Bunkhouse is generally tidy with all used dishes washed up, dried and put away. Please remove sheets, pillow case and duvet covers from all used beds keeping the mattress protector on
Customers are not liable for normal wear and tear and breakages if reported at the time but are fully liable for all unreported damage and vandalism
We have a car park located half way down the drive way on your left hand side. All cars are to be parked in the car park only and not outside the Bunkhouse. All vehicles are parked at you own risk
Terms & Conditions can be changed at any time subject to the owners discretion and it is the responsibility of the customer to read through all Terms and Conditions when making a booking
